The ingredients needed to make Dried Chili Chicken:
  1. Get 250 grams Boneless, skinless Chicken Fillet
  2. Prepare 1 medium Onions
  3. Make ready 1 clove garlic
  4. Get 4 slice ginger
  5. Take 4 each Dried Chilies
  6. Make ready 1 tbsp Canola Oil
  7. Prepare Marination
  8. Get 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
  9. Get 1 tbsp Chili Sauce
  10. Make ready 1 tsp Dark Soy Sauce
  11. Take 1/4 tsp white pepper
  12. Make ready Garnished (Optional)
  13. Prepare 1 bunch Spring Onions
  14. Make ready 1/4 cup Toasted Cashew Nuts
Steps to make Dried Chili Chicken:
  1. Cut the chicken into 1,5 cm chunks
  2. Marinate the chicken for at least 10 minutes.
  3. Cut the onion into 8.
  4. Finely chopped the garlic.
  5. Washed and cut the dried chilies lengthwise .
  6. Heat oil in a wok or fry pan at HIGH
  7. Sauté Garlic and Dried Chilies, till fragrant NOT burnt
  8. Add the onions and ginger, and continue Stirling till the onion softened .
  9. Add the marinated chickeen and stir for 2 minutes.
  10. Removed and served with any vegetable dish on a plate of white rice.
