  1. Prepare 1 roll peanut butter cookie dough
  2. Prepare 8 oz cream cheese
  3. Take 1 egg
  4. Take 1/2 cup sugar

  1. Preheat oven to 350 °
  2. Press 1/2 or 2/3 of cookie dough in greased 8x8 dish.
  3. Beat cream cheese until smooth, add egg and sugar. Mix well.

  5. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  6. Allow to cool as long as possible!
