The ingredients needed to make Tembleque:
  1. Take 3 cups Whole Milk
  2. Take 1 can Cream of Coconut
  3. Get 1/2 cup Corn Starch
  4. Make ready 4 tbsp Sugar
  5. Prepare 1 tsp Vanilla
  6. Make ready 1 pinch Salt
  7. Prepare Ground Cinnamon (garnish)

Drill or punch a small hole into the bottom of each coconut. (Do this one at a time) Allow the coconut water to drain into a large bowl and set a side. With a hammer, gently tap the shell until it cracks. Do this to all the coconuts. Instructions to make Tembleque:
  1. Combine the milk and the cream of coconut in a cooking pot. Do not turn on the stove yet.
  2. Add the corn starch, sugar, salt and vanilla. Start cooking slowly in a low-med temperature. Stir using a small whisk.
  3. Continue cooking and whisking the batter in a low-med temperature until it thickens.
  4. Remove from the burner and put the batter in a 9 inch mold or 5 to 6 (4oz) soufflé cups. Let it sit for 30 mins before put it/them on the fridge.
  5. Refrigerate for about 4 to 6 hours. Garnish with cinnamon before serving. Enjoy!!! 😊

DHA and omega-3s are two things that actually help the grey matter in your brain work a lot better. It’s the truth: consuming tuna fish sandwiches can actually help you overcome your depression.

Some grains are really great for fighting off bad moods. Quinoa, millet, teff and barley are all truly wonderful for helping raise your happiness levels. They can help you feel full for longer also, which is a mood improver. It’s not difficult to feel a little bit off when you feel famished! These grains can help your mood elevate because it’s not at all difficult for your body to digest them. They are easier to digest than other foods which helps kick up your blood sugar levels and that, in turn, elevates your mood.

Green tea is really good for your mood. You were simply anticipating to read that here, weren’t you? Green tea is loaded with a certain amino acid referred to as L-theanine. Research has proven that this amino acid induces the production of brain waves. This will better your brain’s concentration while also loosening up the rest of your body.
