The ingredients needed to make Arbi masala:
  1. Prepare 6 arbi/taro root
  2. Get 1 tbsp oil
  3. Make ready 1 tsp mustard seeds
  4. Make ready 1 green chilli chopped
  5. Prepare 1 tbsp spring onion green part chopped
  6. Take Pinch hing/asafoetida
  7. Take 1 small size onion chopped
  8. Prepare 6 curry leaves
  9. Prepare Pinch turmeric powder
  10. Prepare 1 tsp red chilli powder
  11. Take 1 tsp coriander cumin powder
  12. Make ready To taste salt

  5. Arbi masala is ready to serve. Serve with roti or rice.
