The ingredients needed to make Steamed Wiener Sausages and Mushrooms:
  1. Make ready 4 sausages Wiener sausages
  2. Make ready 3 Fresh shiitake mushrooms
  3. Make ready 1/2 pack Shimeji mushrooms
  4. Take 1/2 pack Maitake mushrooms
  5. Prepare 1 King oyster mushrooms
  6. Prepare 1 Green onion or scallion
  7. Prepare 1 tbsp Sake or white wine
  8. Get 1/2 tsp Consommé stock granules
  9. Make ready 1 dash Salt and pepper
  10. Prepare 1 dash Lemon juice (optional)

Drain on paper towels when done. In a heavy casserole, saute the onion and the garlic in two tablespoons of butter until soft. In the large pan, melt the butter and add oil. Add sausage and continue cooking until sausage is slightly browned.

Instructions to make Steamed Wiener Sausages and Mushrooms:
  1. Cut the wiener sausages diagonally (about 3 pieces per sausage).
  2. Clean the fresh shiitake mushrooms, shimeji mushrooms, and maitake mushrooms and split them up.
  3. Cut the king oyster mushrooms in half, and then thinly slice them into vertical pieces.
  4. Put the ingredients from Steps 1, 2, and 3 into a frying pan, add the consume and sake, and cover with a lid. Steam-fry on medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Turn off the heat and let sit for 2-3 minutes (←the residual heat will continue the cooking process). Then season with salt and pepper and stir together.
  6. Serve it into a bowl and if you like, add a little lemon juice and some finely chopped scallions, and just like that, it's done.

Remove stems from mushrooms; slice caps. Stir mushrooms and sausage in with chicken; put mixture in a steamer basket.

Grains can be good for overcoming a bad mood. Quinoa, millet, teff and barley are all actually excellent for helping raise your happiness levels.
