The ingredients needed to make Chicken casserole cooked in slow cooker:
  1. Get Boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  2. Take Sweetcorn
  3. Make ready Leeks x2
  4. Make ready Chicken soup
  5. Take Chicken stock
  6. Get Salt & pepper

Brown the chicken in a pan with a little oil and then transfer to the slow cooker. Saute onions in a little butter in the same pan you cooked the chicken, then stir in garlic. Add in flour, salt, pepper, thyme and celery salt. Wash the potatoes, carrots and mushrooms well.

  3. Add chicken stock and soup, and 200ml of water
  4. Stir well, cook for 8-9 hours enjoy the house filling with glorious smells
