  2. Get 500 gm potatoes (slices thin)
  3. Make ready 5 cloves garlic (minced)
  4. Make ready 100 gm ginger paste
  5. Make ready 200 gm parmesan cheese
  6. Prepare 500 ml coconut milk or oat milk
  7. Prepare 500 ml cold water
  8. Get to taste Salt and black paper
  9. Take 5 table spoons of cooking oil
  10. Get 500 gm medium peel shrimps
