  2. Get 1 package pre-packed mixed salad (you are also free to use any kind of salad you want)
  3. Take 1 piece tomato
  4. Get 1 piece red onion
  5. Take 1 cup olives
  6. Take 1 cup chickpeas
  7. Get 1/2 of a Cucumber
  8. Make ready 2 tbsp Parmesan
  9. Take salt and pepper
  10. Prepare freshly squeezed lemon or lime juice
  11. Make ready 1 tsp Dijon mustard
