The ingredients needed to make 3-Ingredient Recipe Shiso Juice for Beautiful & Healthy Skin:
  1. Make ready 100 grams Shiso leaves (red or green)
  2. Get 250 ml Vinegar
  3. Make ready 200 grams Sugar
Steps to make 3-Ingredient Recipe Shiso Juice for Beautiful & Healthy Skin:
  1. Use whatever type of vinegar you like such as grain, rice, or apple. Thoroughly rinse the shiso leaves, then drain the excess water.
  2. Heat vinegar on medium, add the shiso leaves, then simmer for about 5 minutes.
  3. Strain the shiso in a colander over a pot, then squeeze out the juice once it cools. It's hot, so be careful! Leave the juice in the pot.
  4. It's ready once the sugar has dissolved. It looks like red wine. With green shiso leaves, it'll turn a light pink.
  5. Dilute it with water at a ratio of juice: water ratio of 1:5 to 1:10. This photo shows it diluted 1:10.
  6. I also recommend diluting it with carbonated water. This is also a popular way to drink it.
  7. For kids, I dilute it with milk and ice.
