  2. Make ready as needed Oil for cooking
  3. Make ready 2 tsp Curry leaves
  4. Make ready 2 tsp Chopped Green chillies
  5. Get 2 tsp Green freshy Coriander leaves
  6. Take 1 Chopped Onion
  7. Take 1 Chopped Tomatoes
  8. Get 1 Chopped Carrot
  9. Take 1 Chopped Capcicum
  10. Get handful Green freshy Peas
  11. Take 1 tsp Garam Masala
  12. Take 2 spoon Lemon juice
  13. Prepare 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
  14. Take To taste Salt
  15. Take 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  16. Prepare to taste Red chilli powder
